Specializing in one-on-one training with individuals who are at a beginner-intermediate level of fitness.

45 minute sessions with extra workouts and home programs added when needed.

Exercise prescriptions are planned based on what the clients’ needs are, but almost always include strength and cardiovascular training.

Accountability and encouragement to follow good eating habits.

Customized meal plan.

*6 sessions must be completed in 6 weeks

*12 sessions must be completed within 8 weeks
Group Training:

Train with 3-5 people

*Must complete every session together
8 week slimdown:

Includes consultation, meal plans, exercise program, and FREE access to CLASSES.
