PERSONAL TRAINING

Megan Howard or clayton Vaughn:

  • Specializing in one-on-one training with individuals who are at a beginner-intermediate level of fitness.

  • 45 minute sessions with extra workouts and home programs added when needed.

  • Exercise prescriptions are planned based on what the clients’ needs are, but almost always include strength and cardiovascular training.

  • Accountability and encouragement to follow good eating habits.

  • Customized meal plan.

  • *6 sessions must be completed in 6 weeks

  • *12 sessions must be completed within 6 weeks

Group Training:

  • Train with 1-5 people

  • 6 Sessions- 1 Excused make up session $100 Each

  • 12 Sessions- 2 Excused make Up sessions $150 Each

  • *Must complete every session together
