Q: Can I try a class before I join?
A: Yes, your first class is always FREE!
Q: Is childcare available?
A: Childcare is not available but we do have a kids waiting area that older children are welcome to hang out in. This area is unattended and requires a parent release on file before it can be used. Please see the front desk for a release.
Q: Are the group classes and weight room both included in my membership?
A: YES! Our All-Access memberships allows you 24 hour access to the gym and unlimited group classes every month.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: Most classes only require yourself, but we suggest bringing a water bottle as well. See class descriptions if you have questions about a specific class.
Q: Do I have to be in shape to start classes?
A: Absolutely not! All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!
Q: What if I don’t know how to use the equipment?
A: We offer one free consultation where we will show you around and answer any questions you have regarding equipment. If you would like more 1 on 1 help please contact us about personal training sessions.
Q: Do I have to sign a long term contract?
A: No, we offer many different membership options, however, there are perks to signing up with a contract! *Contracts require a 30 day notice to cancel after the terms of the contract are fulfilled.
Q: Does my membership come with 24-hour access?
A: Yes, there is a one time fee of $5 for your 24-hour access key fob.
Q: If I lose my key fob can I get a new one?
A: Of course! Replacement key fobs can be purchased for $20.
Q: Do I need to turn my key fob in if I cancel my membership?
A: Yes, all key fobs must be returned within 10 days of cancelling or you will be charged the $20 replacement fee.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Please access our cancellation form here or stop by the front desk for a paper form. Most memberships require a 30 day notice to cancel. If in a contract, terms must be fulfilled before cancellation.
